LOGAN + KEVIN OCT 2016

There are people who come into your life who make such an impact. The Davis family are those people! Logan’s sister Lindsay is a close friend and we had the honor of preparing her special day in 2015. Not long after her special day, her beautiful little sister Logan got engaged to her partner in crime of 10 years, Kevin Fox!

We remember our first meeting with Logan and her Mother, Lori, lots of hugs, deep breaths and of course…. Like meetings in the past, tears of joy in Lori’s eyes!

We could not wait to get started on planning Logan and Kevin’s big day!

The design brief was to create a unique space unlike anything anyone had seen before. The wedding took place on her aunts property nestled along a quiet lane with cedar trees, steps away from Harrington Sound. Kevin is an avid fisherman and owns a charter company in Bermuda so being on the water was a given. Logan’s family owns a lighting company so duh…we came with our lighting A-GAME!

Guests found their seats on a custom designed seating plan that incorporated the geometric details which hung from a white wooden frame with cascading white lilies, assorted roses, lisianthus, anthurium and greenery (a floral masterpiece)…. these white florals continued throughout the reception space, each glass vase adorning a different floral arrangement. No table was alike.

The custom made hanging monstera chandelier installation with Edison bulbs (our fave), local greenery installation made from palms, ferns and other local foliage which hung above the dancefloor and LED underwater lighting created quite a ooooh ahhhhhh moment as the sun set.

Oh and what’s a party without a boasty bar…. the banana leaf wall paper made from 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic, BPA free material, custom made Bermuda banana leaf wall sconces made from local sand by YART and custom designed geometric bar front ensured the drinks (The Fizzy Fox & Old Spool Mule) and dance moves went well into the night!

A big thank you to our team…. we challenged you on this event from the custom installations to the fine details… you worked nonstop to ensure every piece was perfect… your limits are endless! Two Major Thumbs Up!
